13-DAY DISCOVERY TOUR OF NAMIBIA WITH GATE1

This time I will write my blog in English so that my Namibian and Gate 1 friends friends can follow.

April 15, we leave Ugugapug, our house on the lake, at 1PM to drive to Montreal. First stop: take our dog, Lucky Luke, to Aline and Hugo. Than we pick up the guys, Marc, our son, and Mathieu, who will be travelling with us. Travel excitement starts. We leave the car at the Auberge de l'Aéroport, take the shuttle and start the queuing up business of registering.
Nice relax at the MasterCard World VIP lounge.
Montreal to Amsterdam 6 1/2 hours nothing special. 2h later check in at KLM to Johannesburg. It is 4AM April 16 Montreal time, and we have 11 hours of flying ahead, it seems impossible, but of course it does end and we arrive at 11 PM local time in Johannesburg in very good spirits.
Don, the Gate1 guide is there to meet us with the happy news that wake up call is at 4AM!
Very short drive to the Southern Sun Tamba hotel, shower and little sleep.
Now the fun can really start.
